The new homeowners, a lovely family of 4, are transplants from the Washington D.C. area. One of the first things they wanted to change was the beige-brown color palette. They wanted to create a cool outdoor lounge area for their new home in Denver, Colorado in the Wash Park neighborhood. The goal was to create a space that neighbors would want to stop by and hang out. We accomplished this by creating a welcoming outdoor space with lots of colors, tons of seating, an outdoor rug, and pillows. The space is very inviting and a popular place to find neighbors chatting and enjoying each other’s company.
